Supply & Return Duct
Used good acoustic lined ducts.
It is recommended that return air ducts are installed where noise is critical.
Make sure a exible duct is installed before connecting to other rigid duct system.
Insulate the duct sufciently with a good thermal heat insulation to prevent water condensation.
Make sure all ducts are connected rmly to prevent air leakage. If any air leak occurs, the air ow rate
will be reduced and performance of the unit will be affected as well.
Water Piping Connection
It is a must to install 40 – 60 mesh water strainer to ensure water quality is good.
Use water exible hoses (optional items) for easy piping connection to the unit.
The piping need to be cleaned and ushed prior to operation.
In the event of water condensation on the piping, insulate the piping sufciently.
Air vents must be installed at the highest position to eliminate air bubble while a drainage system at the
lowest position of the water circuit for water system ushing.
Installation of water ow switch, pressure differential switch or other components which can protect the
unit from operating when loss of water ow occurs is recommended.
There is a ¼” service port each at water inlet and outlet for connection to differential pressure switch if
required.

ENSURE WATER VALVE ADAPTERS ARE ALIGNED TO THE
CENTRE WITHOUT TOUCHING (min 2mm) THE RUBBER BUSH
WHEN MAKING PIPING CONNECTION.
Condensate Drain Connection
Condensate drainage is to drain the condensate water out of the unit which to protect the unit
from over-owing.
Make sure there is no blockage along the drain pipe connection.
Pour water on the drain panel to check for water owing out of the unit and there should be
no water leaking.
